It's the time of year that the folk of Ravensthorpe planned and planned, then planned some more to ensure the creation of the best beer festival in the area. A two day festival was decided upon and, after several days of set up, the 2023 Ravensthorpe Beer Festival and Family Day was here.
Friday welcomed two bands and most of the tapped kegs with Saturday remaining the big bag day with 14 kegs of beer and cider along with Prosecco, gins and soft drinks. Bands were on throughout the day along with food vendors, face painting, ice cream and two bouncy castles.
Not even a freak thunderstorm dampened the spirit of the day.
