To celebrate Halle’s first week at school, Simon took her on a camping trip to Happisburgh, Norfolk (not too far from George and Janet’s place). When Halle asked what she wanted to do with her “Daddy weekend,” she insisted on going to the beach and surfing. They stayed in a roof tent, and a bodyboard was provided for surfing.
