After last year's torrential rain, this year was much better. The village put on a great festival with 14 local kegs of beer, 9 local barrels of Cider and copious local gin. There were bands on the Friday night followed by several more on the Saturday. Saturday saw the 'family' part of the festival where children had bouncy castles, face painting, ice cream vans and food trucks. Several thousand pounds were raised for the local charity that maintains the playing field and play area.
